News from Gwenth

Ah, gosh.. Is it 20xx with you?

I bet Gwenthia was started somewhere in 2004 or 2005, so we're about 16 years in! However time moves so much slower, and so it's been but a few moons.. [:-}]

The most sinister aspect of the Eighth Orb or Dark Orb?, the Night Hag is worshipped as a goddess in her own right, manifesting most often as an immense writhing hagfish whose slime coats Gwenthia with a period of utter darkness and allows her Night Spawn to be summoned forth or walk free.

The Night Hag has seven major children:

Duke Jhyr? Duchess Sybillis Duke Maligaunt Duchess Kharonata? Di-Guer? The Unbending Ghire of Ghel? Duke Saa'h?

From the seven major children spring the myriad forms of the Night Spawn. Each of the seven major children opposes one of the seven moons?, and both the Night Hag and Duchess Sybillis oppose the Goddess Gwenthia.

Amongst the Tharux of Zathur she is known as the masculine enitity Nytag and is associated with opposition to their Great Celestial Lords.
